I provide high resolution photographs of the objects that I sell. My intention is to allow people to perceive
the object as well as they can in a virtual environment. I do understand that this does not replace being
able to touch and smell or handle the object. I will be more than happy to answer any questions about any
of the objects on my site and will provide as much detail as possible about condition, fragility, age, wear,
and signs of tribal use.
Located on the page for every object on my website is a link entitled "INQUIRE" which will automatically
create an email directed to Rand Tribal. The subject line of the email will identify the object. Please be as
specific as possible with questions, I will respond to all questions promptly.
All objects are subject to previous sale, please inquire about the availability of an object that you are
interested in.
Everything sold is personally guaranteed to be authentic and as described. Each piece will include a
summary of its collection history, if it is know, and place of origin.
Many galleries do not post prices on their websites, (or even in their galleries) thus allowing a certain
flexibility based on the identity of the purchaser. I don't agree with that strategy. The objects on my
website are priced in a way I consider fair based on a number of factors including the overall quality, age,
authenticity, signs of use, elegance, size, and rarity of the object as well as the price I paid.
PAYMENT
Acceptable forms of payment include Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, US
Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and International Bank Transfers.
Residents of Massachusetts must pay sales tax unless they are tax exempt.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs, including insurance, will be calculated when you place your order and e-mailed to you
quickly. I will ship when your payment is received, usually within two days, and notify you by e-mail.
International shipments go via Priority International, Global Express or FedEx. I will provide paperwork for
Customs that accompanies each package. It is against my policy, and against the law to falsify the
contents, the age or the value of the shipments.
RETURNS

of each piece, if you decide you would prefer to return an object, you may do so within seven days of its
