Lobi stools, sometimes decorated with human or animal heads, could be carried over the shoulder with the long extension in the
front and the two legs behind. This design enabled their owners to carry them easily between home and small bars where they spent
the evening sorghum beer.
This example is very unusual with a highly expressive abstract animal form.
